Mosman Rowers Kids Fishing Day

Grab the kids, pack the fishing gear and join us for the annual Mosman Rowers Fishing Day.

This year’s event is a land-based fishing competition, with one important rule: all participants must be able to see Mosman Rowers from where they are fishing.

Registration is essential and will be available with the Fishing Captain in the downstairs Café from 7:30am on the day.

Event Details

• Fishing: 8:00am–12:00pm

• Registration: From 7:30am in the Rowers Café

• BYO fishing gear and bait

• Land-based fishing only

• Participants must remain within sight of Mosman Rowers

• No fishing licence required as the event forms part of the NSW Government’s Gone Fishing Weekend

Once the fishing wraps up, head back to the Rowers Bar at 12:30pm for the presentation and plenty of prizes, with lots up for grabs for the kids.

It’s a great morning by the bay for families, young anglers and anyone keen to cast a line.
